🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 14–30 days after delivery

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

🚚 Shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective or wrong item sent)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

📦 Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
